Health
is very important in our life. That’s the reason why many people always give
more protection to their health included me.I had to do many ways to keep and
protect my health. First way to keep health is doing regularly exercises every
day. Commonly the people did a good exercise in the morning to start their
activities. Actually, I had a trouble to wake up early, so my mother always
woke me up every day. Although it was hard for me, decided I must do it. We
should not do the hard and expensive exercise to protect our health. We can be
simple and cheaper exercise such as jogging in the morning. Secondly, we had to
eat the nutrient foods for our body. Because of our body needs many kinds of
nutrient foods. Our body needs many nutrient such as vitamins, protein,
mineral, calcium, and so on from the foods.For this case, it was not problem
for me. I think my parents were the best parents for me, because they gave me
the nutrient foods for I eat every day. Thirdly, we had to domedical checkup
regularly ascertain a good condition of their health.It was seldom I did,
because I did not much timeto do it. Itcan do minimal once two month. I think
to do the healthy life style was easy, so why we did not it?
One
day my father said that if you want to catch your dreams you have to work hard
do the best one. Since I was young, I have a dream to be a good doctor. I have
two main reasons why I want to be a doctor. First, a doctor can help many
people. Many people need a help from a doctor to cure a sickness people. The
second, a doctor is a noble job. Because it makes many benefit for others.
That’s why I want to be a good doctor. It was just a dream in my childhood,
because in the fact I have studied in education program, now. It means that I
could not be a doctor, but I can be a teacher. I think itis not bad, because I
can be catch my reason become a doctor by become a teacher. First, I can have a
noble job, because I can help people to be a better people. Second, I help many
people by our knowledge. It creates a better generation for my country, because
someone said that the next generations depend on the teachers, whom
teach.Finally, my fated change my dream and I have to work hard to catch my
dreams. I know that all of in the world have planed by ALLAH SWT. I believe
that It was the best fated for me.
For
caught my dream I have to get good education. Because the reason I have studied
from kinder garden until now. In my schools time I got many experience and
memories, bitter or sweet. I think more sweet memories than bitter memories.
Why I said that? First, when I still in kinder garden until now I have many
friends. They are the good friends for me, becausethey are always in my side
when I was sad or happy. Second, I got the best teacher, because they did not
just my teacher, they also as my parents in school. They are as my teacher and
parents they give the best one for me. They give attention, suggest, advice and
others for me. In my schools time I got the individual life and social life.
One memory I did not forget in my schools time.It was when my friends and I
were in senior high school gave a surprise to my teacher’s birthday, because in
that moment I can see if my teacher was very love us so much. Although, we make
them cry and angry, they always forgive us whatever we do. They always did the
best one for us by the one purposes, it was be the best person for all. That’s
why I like to remember the memories of my life because many sweet memories and
many people love me in my life.
