Relax Is Important,
Isn’t It?
Relax
is condition where immune system in your body feel enjoy and comfortable.
That’s why immune system that relaxed is important for you body. Did you know
that the immune system which it protect your body from bacteria and viruses
will considerably weaker if you are under stress? When people are under stress,
your body will be release a hormone that will prevent your immune system from
destroying bacteria and viruses. Which prevents the immune system from
destroying bacteria and viruses are producing when people are under stress. It
has proven that people are more likely to get sick when they are too busy or
worried.
This
is how the hormone works. When people are under stress, their nerve system will
release a lot of hormone into the blood stream; this eventually prevents the
immune system from destroying bacteria and viruses. On the other hand, when the
body is relaxed and calm, the immune cells will act as protection cells to
search and destroy bacteria as well as viruses and thereby increase resistance.
The best thing to do to strengthen the immune system is relax, stay calm,
reorganize one’s life style and take up.
There
are many ways become relaxed and stay calm to strengthen the immune system they
are by doing exercise and sleeping. First you can do exercise that it makes
your body relax such as Yoga and Tai Chi it makes the immune system more
strengthen. The last, you can sleep well because sleeping well is making your
body relax. All people need at least eight hours’ sleep every night whereas
some others only need five hours’ sleep. Remember when you are still babies you
spent your time to sleep than everything. Actually, babies have to sleep at
least sixteen hours a day. That’s why you spent your time in your babies’ time
by sleep than everything. As you grow older, you will sleep regularly. When you
are sleeping your body condition is relax. Nevertheless, sleeping is good for
makes your body relax but if it is doing over it can cause cut down on your
efficiency of your brain to remember something. So that you have to know about
doing something correctly without doing exaggerate it. Hopefully, it can
protect you for some illnesses because by knowing it you will try to relax and
stay calm to do you activities without disturbing your activities.
